Billy Wirth spent his teen years growing up in Manhattan with his two brothers. He attended Collegiate High School, then went on to pursue a degree in economics and business at Brown University in Providence, RI. During that time he was spotted by a photographer who was on campus searching for new models. His smoldering, intense, good looks earned him spreads in magazines such as Details and US to mention a few. Not surprisingly, he moved into the moving picture industry, first doing commercials, then on to feature films.
Billy's first movie was Seven Minutes in Heaven. This was followed by the cult vampire classic The Lost Boys, opposite Keifer Sutherland.
He moved to Los Angeles to be closer to the hub of entertainment activity and continued to gain steady employment in both features and television, including stints on Martial Law and Charmed.
On his off time, he tinkers in photographic art, writes music and poetry as well as having several screenplays on the go.
