Richard Burgi grew up in Montclair with his three siblings. After he finished school, Richard's travels took him throughout Europe and America, finally ending up in New York City where he began to study acting. Commercials and cameo appearances led to regular roles on several daytime dramas, including Days of Our Lives.
      Richard discovered bird-watching when he was only ten, an interest he now enjoys sharing with his wife, Lori Kahn, and son, Jack Charles. He also enjoys music, surfing and spending time outdoors, either at the beach or hiking through the hills with his family. Richard lives in Los Angeles, and is a strong advocate for the protection and preservation of the environment.
