MICHAEL BIEHN
July 31, 1956
Anniston, Alabama
Michael Biehn was born the second of four children. Shortly after his birth, his family moved to Lincoln, Nebraska and then later when Michael entered his teens they moved to Lake Havasu, Arizona.
Michael was active in sports during junior high and high school, and received a drama scholarship to the University of Arizona where the drama Dean noticed him in a high school play. Two years later he left school, wanting to try his luck in Hollywood.
Michael started out in the modeling industry, but soon realized it wasn't for him. On making that decision, he found acting work on several television shows and movies. The pilot of James at 15 was Michael' TV debut in 1977, soon followed by his film debut in Coach, opposite Kathy Lee Crosby in 1978. Michael's first big break was playing the psychotic fan in The Fan with Lauren Bacall. But instead of climbing, Michael found himself stuck in a two year dry spell, until James Cameron cast him as Kyle Reese in The Terminator. The dry spell was over, and Biehn went on to star in numerous films.
Michael has three children: twin sons, Devon and Taylor, with actress Carlene Olssen, and son, Caelan, with wife and model Gina Marsh.
